Loading Program uses an arbitrarily timed Systemd timer to grab new lab-committee users from the LDAP, this can and should be replaced with an on-time MQTT-based reaction. There should be a MQTT channel which publishes when a new lab-committee member is added, and Loading Program should be subscribed to that channel to create a new home directory.
